Shaun Palmer
Commercial Director
Shaun Palmer is the Commercial Director at Oracle Precision, where he plays a key role in driving the company’s strategic growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market opportunities across highly regulated and precision driven sectors. As part of the leadership team, Shaun’s commercial insight and business development expertise help ensure that Oracle Precision remains competitive and responsive to evolving industry demands.
As a co-founder of Oracle Precision alongside Ryan Taylor, Shaun has been instrumental in shaping the company’s direction since its establishment in 2011. Under his commercial leadership, the business has earned a reputation for quality CNC machining and precision engineered components, serving sectors such as medical device manufacturing, aerospace, and safety critical industries.
Shaun is known for his focus on customer first values and nurturing long-term partnerships with clients and suppliers.
When his Kaleidex tie is off, Shaun is highly committed to grass-roots football.
Ryan Taylor
Operations Director
Ryan Taylor is the Operations Director at Oracle Precision, bringing energy, motivation, and a strong work ethic to everything he does. With over 25 years experience and a strong passion for precision engineering and continuous improvement, Ryan is always seeking ways to refine processes, develop skills, and drive both personal and business growth.
Ryan believes strongly in leading by example. He takes a hands-on approach when working with the engineering team and contributing to strategic decisions, setting high standards across all areas of the business. He is committed to ensuring that every project he is involved in is delivered with accuracy, care, and a clear focus on successful outcomes for clients.
Away from the Machines, Ryan is a keen 5-a-side footballer and father of 2.
Rhiannon Lassiter
Head of Marketing and Communications

Rhiannon is a strategic MarComms leader with a holistic approach to marketing and communications. She drives all public-facing activity, from digital and social presence to PR, press, events, conferences, printed materials, and customer relationship messaging—ensuring a clear, consistent voice across every channel.
As Head of MarComms for Kaleidex Group, Rhiannon leads the marketing strategy for Kirkstall Precision and the wider group of businesses, aligning brand, messaging, and growth objectives across the organisation.
Outside of work, Rhiannon channels her creativity into writing science fiction and fantasy novels for young adults and teaching high-energy dance fitness classes.
